How reminders work
Each PM task fires reminders at T−14, T−3 and on due date — by e-mail and mobile push. Overdue tasks escalate to the facility manager and appear on the SCOPOS advisory desk if flagged. Completing a task prompts a service-log entry (who / what / photos / cost) so history stays complete automatically.
